I did get my refund in the end, and support did respond when I reached out, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience. It just took longer than I expected. I feel like this process used to be smoother and faster before, but at least my money came back eventually...

I ordered from Seasons and, yeah, the tracking did update, but it wasn’t exactly quick. For a few days it just kept showing the same status, so I wasn’t really sure where my package was. It did show up in the end, which was good, but I do wish the tracking had been a bit clearer. Not terrible or anything, just kind of average

I found some cute stuff on wearseasons.com, but, a few of the pieces I wanted were either sold out, or only available in random sizes. It’s not a huge deal, just a little annoying when you’re browsing and actually find something you like

My box came in all crushed and kinda half open, which was annoying after waiting so long. Even the dress bag inside was ripped. Idk, it just felt like the packaging was really careless and not what I was expecting...

I expected quicker help based on how the service was described, but the replies took way too long. The wording felt misleading, because it made it seem like support would be easy to reach. Overall, not a great experience

The fabric isn’t bad, but I was expecting it to feel a little softer. It’s definitely wearable and fine for the price... just a bit thinner than I thought it would be. Not amazing, not terrible.

I tried to exchange my order and it ended up being a big hassle. The replies were slow, the instructions were confusing, and I still don’t have the right item. i’m disappointed and don’t think I’ll order from them again.

I just got this in i’m impressed. I’m always a little nervous ordering clothes online, but this one looked really close to the photos on the site. The color and style were basically exactly what I expected, and there weren’t any weird surprises when I opened it. The fit was also similar to how it looked on the model. After this order, I’d definitely feel good buying from them again.

I had to contact support twice, and after still not getting a clear update, I ended up escalating the complaint before anything actually moved. The refund eventually came through, but it was late and the whole thing felt like a hassle. Not a great experience

I ordered my usual size thinking it would be an easy win, but nope. The fit was so bizarre. The arms were super tight, but the body was huge and boxy, like two totally different sweaters got stitched together. I don’t even know how you’re supposed to size up or down when the proportions are that off. I thought about exchanging it, but I really didn’t feel like playing the guessing game again and hoping the next one magically fit better. Frustrating, and I definitely won’t be ordering this again.

I’m really into the look of the clothes on wearseasons.com. The designs are simple but still cute, and they’re not trying way too hard, which I appreciate. A couple pieces definitely looked better in the photos than they did in person, but overall the style is absolutely easy to wear and match with other stuff. Like, I’m 100% sure these are the kind of pieces you can throw on without overthinking it.

The site was easy to use, honestly. I didn’t really get lost clicking around, and everything loaded fine on my phone. The menu made sense too, which is always nice.
Checkout was simple enough and didn’t feel like it had a million steps. The product info was clear, so I knew what I was looking at. Just a straightforward site that does what it’s supposed to do.

It showed up a bit later than I expected, but it did get here eventually, so I guess it was fine overall.

I ordered from wearseasons.com thinking it would be fairly comfy, but it really wasn’t. The fabric felt kind of rough on my skin almost as soon as I put it on.

After maybe a couple of hours, it started rubbing under my arms and around my neck. I ended up changing because it was bothering me too much to ignore.
It looks okay, I guess, but comfort-wise it’s probably around a 1 star for me. I don’t see myself wearing it again.

I got a jacket from wearseasons.com when it first arrived I thought it looked decent. The fit was okay and I was kind of happy with it. But after only a few wears, the stitching started coming loose, and then one of the zippers got stuck, which was really frustrating. Maybe I just got a bad one, but yeah, not great. I expected it to hold up longer than that.

This used to feel a lot more worth it, but now the price just seems too high for what you get. I don’t mind paying more when the value is there, but lately it just doesn’t feel like it is.
